Sunday swinging

All the boys enjoyed swinging at the park today. Brennan and Weston can still fit together in one swing.

Weston started to use signs this week. He uses the 'more' sign when he wanted daddy to push the swing. He also uses it for more dinner. He is also working on the sign for milk.

Games

Weston learned how to play the Bubbles iPhone game. They just get younger every year!

Kelton showed Weston how to use the brush on the water mat.

Double trouble

When they aren't shutting the door on each other, they're taking off in different directions.

Last day of preschool

Kelton's finished another year of preschool. It went by very fast.
Next year will be his last, then kindergarden!

Just like big brother

Weekend days at the baylands

Often on a Saturday or Sunday we'll get out for an hour or two to Baylands Preserve just down the street. These tidal marshes are full of great exploring opportunities. Usually Mom tends to the twins, who serenely take in the scenery...





... while Dad usually goes off with Kelton to rifle through the rocks and logs in search of creatures.





Action of all kinds all around us. Planes coming in for landing overhead, birds wary of hidden creatures in the mud (can you spot him? I didn't when I took the shot, believe it or not), Google offices glinting under the storm clouds, and a new duck family.

Weston and Brennan loved the balls at class today. They were fun to
watch earlier when bouncing on the parachute.

Learning to swim

Kelton started taking swim lessons with teacher Sam a few weeks ago. It's almost a private lesson since it's just him and his friend Alexander from preschool. Today I had a chance to go watch, and good thing since he's learning quickly. No problems getting dunked today!

Beach day

With temperatures at home over ninth-five degrees we headed to the coast. It was a beautiful day. Everyone got very sandy and had a great time.

Kelton shared the balloons from the haircut place with his brothers.
They loved the balloons so much it was hard to take them away for the
drive home.

Double trouble

Sometimes Weston and Brennan work together to break into something.
It's very different than having one baby.

Painting

Weston and Brennan tried Kelton's water painting mat with mixed
results. They both loved holding the brush, but thought it felt yucky
in the mouth.

On the move

Brennan and Weston are really starting to explore the house as their
crawling improves.

We got all the boys out for a hike at Baylands on Sunday. Kelton is
having his snack. The babies are waiting for their milk too. After
everyone ate, Kelton explored and the babies napped in the stroller.
