History, computer history

For this week's field trip we went to the computer history museum.

Kelton typed out his name on a punch card and
watched the operator run the program. It printed on
the large loud printer.

I saw some Intel memorabilia that I have at home.
I feel a bit like a dinosaur!

Violin!

Weston playing his new 1/8th size (super cute) violin. We start lessons together next week, mommy on cello, Weston on violin, & soon daddy on guitar. Brennan wants to start ukulele lessons. Kelton hasn't joined the band yet, but he did promise to record us.

Stone River

On today's field trip we visited Andrew Goldsworthy's sculpture, Stone River.

On the ice again!

Brennan and I are doing better with our balance this week. We stayed for the 'snow' and Brennan finally got to see the Zamboni in action.
